Happy Saturday! If you're celebrating Independence Day, then I hope it is a fun and safe one! Happy July 4th! Summer Heat Cooldown in a Maxi Dress

With so cal experiencing the weirdest humid weather, this summer maxi dress from Triple Thread OC is the perfect pop of color and keeps me cool in the dense heat. I love the print and the crochet top and tie detail; a printed maxi dress like this can be paired with sandals or wedges for a go-to summer look.


I shot in this dress with Shawna of Bleudog Fotography while down in San Juan Capistrano, and we found the coolest painted horse statue to take pictures with. Mettalic Shoulder Pullover

It was an overcast beach day, so I grabbed my Triple Thread OC pullover and wore it over my bikini, styled along with Levis' slouchy cut off shorts. The sunglasses and flats were featured in this summer, backyard BBQ post here. The pullover is very comfy and soft, but also can be worn casually or dressed up because of the metallic details. Printed Pants & Pink Lips

I shot with Shawna from Bleudog Fotography a couple weeks ago and was excited to rock my then new, blue hair and pieces from Triple Thread OC and Constance Gold. We found this beautiful gate on one of the sides of the Mission San Juan Capistrano, and behind the gate were pops of a deep pink hue from the bougainvillea trees, which worked perfectly with my neutral outfit and pink lips. I absolutely love the fit and the print of the pants, and I tucked in my soft tank (which has a rad back detail) into the pants. I dressed the look up with a pair of Steve Madden heels, and gave it my touch with some fringe from my Constance Gold backpack. Happy Friday! Got any plans this weekend? Triple Thread OC Tiger Top and Levi's Boyfriend Jeans

I just started a partnership with OC-based boutique, Triple Thread OC, and was excited to receive my first bundle of items last week which included this amazing tiger-printed top (which is so ridiculously velvet-y soft). As apart of a blazer & jeans story I'm currently writing for eHOW, I styled the blazer and top with a pair of my all-time favorite boyfriend cut jeans, the Levi's 501 CT in Torn Indigo (which I had received in my #BLOGCHELLA Survival Kit) and a classic pair of high-top Converse Chucks.
